Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - 3 1/2 stars. Impressive for a 13 year old
I knew Bow Wow had a lot of talent when I heard his first song, "Bounce Wit Me." He had the vigor of a rapper and the looks of a celebrity. Add that to the fact that he was the tender age of thirteen and all the young ladies would see him become a man one day and that's a sure formula for success. His debut album, "Beware of Dog" had me dancing from start to finish. He sounds so young, innocent and cute when he raps, but his lyrics are as innocent as his voice. He is talking about getting into clubs and being attracted to girls with junk in their trunk. His lyrics on this album will definitely be considered explicit and inappropriate to those that are conservative.

"Bounce With Me" was featured on the "Big Momma's House" soundtrack. The song was successful and served as a gateway for Shad "Bow Wow" Moss's career as a rapper. The beat is easy to groove to, the lyrics are good and the hook ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - great album
I got this album long time ago when it first came out and that little guy can sing i was impressed hearing this come from a 13 year old this was bow wows best album. When he gotten older with his other albums he started to get corney and a little boring to listen to and he had the nerve to spit in chris browns face alot of people are writeing alot of bad things about bow wow on the internet know adays but otherwise this album was great. He was a little like the mini version of dmx but with no curses, then his second album came out a year after this debut in 2001 he came out with doggy bag that album was okay it was'nt great like his debut it was'nt bad but beware of dog was better then that album but this album was great i used to listen to this over the summer thats when this first came out and i really enjoyed listenning to him then now i don't really listen to him cause his songs gotten corney they said that hes ... Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - This album is tight
Viper the one who said that this album is wack needs to stop hatin he's just mad because bow wow's accomplished more than he ever will he said the same thing about Doggy Bag. He needs to stop hatin on Bow wow because the 11 tracks that he made was hot and it's a really good start for a 13 year old. If he got so much mouth why dont he come out with a C.D. and let us critic it. I bet he wont like what we have to say about it.

Oh yeah I forgot to say G-unit aint even all that

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - This is what I'm talkin about
This CD is a classic Bow Wow CD. This is very 1st CD before he became Bow Wow. There's a lot of hot tracks on this album like "Playboy", "Bounce With Me" and "Bow Wow (That's My Name)". Yo but there's a lot of guest appearance like Snoop Dogg, R.O.C., Jermaine Dupri, Da Brat, Xscape and Jagged Edge. Lil' Bow Wow was 12 years old when he came out with this CD. This is probably the best out of all his other albums he came out with.
