Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - It gets a 2 for blackie lawless.....
Dont let anyone fool you, this movie is bad. I took my then gf to see it when it opened all happy to see a movie with Blackie in it We were both fans We walked out I am sorry to say this movie will not bring back anything and on top of that it is really short 70 minutes or so. I think that is what upset me the most Even Blackie couldnt make this movie better. It is a shame too If you want to see him in a decent movie watch Decline of the Western Civilization 2......

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - More like the "Schlockmaster" in every way imaginable.
A computer geek and his girlfriend get zapped into a dark underworld. She gets chained up by this evil sorcerer guy who compels the nerd to face seven different challenges in order to procure her freedom. The "challenges," each of which are directed by a different person, are little more than just scanty encounters with monsters, giants, bands(!), and explosives, each setting in caves, concert halls, or pyramids. Predictably, the nerd conquers all of them by way of his cheesy zapper watch. At the end of it, the nerd fights the sorcerer, and the victor of it all shouldn't be so surprising. That sums up THE DUNGEONMASTER, a truly heinous turkey with everything which defines a major stinker: hideous acting and even worse dialogue, zero direction, cheap sets, and lame plotting. The best part is that it's short, at 79 minutes long. Even as a generally tolerant fan of movies some would find unwatchable, THE DUNGEONMASTER ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - The Dungeonmaster
This movie is more like Judgement Day. Our hero is challenging Mesthema who is The Devil. He'll need a lot more than brute force to defeat him- he'll need God's help if he prays for it! We will all experience Judgement Day at the seat of Jesus Christ and no one can escape it! Let's hope that the Lord will grant us mercy because we will need it! Believe in Jesus Christ and be saved! He is the way, the truth and the life! Noone can see the Father but only through Jesus Christ!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A modern day saga of epic proportions
This is an ageless movie that gets better with every viewing. There are so many computer and gamer geeks in the world that I wonder why more movies are not made like this. Sure Mr. Geek can own the universe after he defeats the next Doom game, but how would he fair if the events were real? That is what this movie answers.

Much like Hercules, our hero must complete seven tasks in order to save the fair maiden in distress. What does he face? Dangers that a little geek would probably hide under his covers from.

Of course this movie is famous for the cameo by one of the world's greatest heavy metal bands, W.A.S.P. This is back when Tony Richards was still the drummer, so you know it was early in W.A.S.P.'s career. They perform the song 'Tormentor' from their debut self-titled album. Can the nerd defeat the evil Blackie and move on to his next quest? You gotta see the flick dude.
